Dharmalingam a rich businessman is a worried man due to a strange prediction, about his life. It is predicted that his four daughters should be married together on the same day or else his death is imminent. His second daughter Lalitha (Jayalalitha), falls in love with Madan (Sivaji Ganesan), an assistant manager in a Company. Dharmalingam entrusts him with the task of finding bridegrooms for the other three daughters. Madan happily agrees, little knowing that this is just the beginning to his never ending nightmares!
